Begin to create policies and practices manual for the continuing education courses they wish to offer. Discuss and identify current board standards and agreements for approved continuing education providers. Apply apply the board standards toward designing a lesson plan timeline and the material of the course.

Course explores Carl Jung's concept of the Shadow, and how it relates to the therapeutic relationship we maintain with our clients.  As we explore our own "shadow", our shadow has less control over our actions and reactions.  When growing in understanding and practicing the tools of this course, therapists will be able to expand the client-focued aspect of their service.
